Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all Messina Hembry tags remain attached to the garments.
Generate Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your parcel at any authorized collection point; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
